Return and exchange
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, return it to INDIVIDUAL DESIGN in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The only exclusions under this money back guarantee are the original shipping costs. In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
