Cancellation & Return Policy
INDIVIDUAL DESIGN will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Refunds & Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, return it to INDIVIDUAL DESIGN in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges of INR 75 will be deducted for all returns unless the item arrived your doorstep in a damaged condition.
In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
The terms for COD deliveries are subject to constant change and we will inform our customers about the details at the time of purchase.

Our business hours are 10:30 am to 5:30 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at support@individualdesign.in and we will respond at the earliest.
Customer Service
INDIVIDUAL DESIGN is committed to providing the best customer service to its customers. INDIVIDUAL DESIGN will endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are usually between 2-4 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 3 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
Measurements/dimensions/colours of products
As with most products (especially textile) globally, Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension, colour delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
Wash Care
Claims arising out of incorrect washing of products cannot be entertained. Please follow the wash care instructions found on the wash care labels on all products.
Product Liability
Individual Design’s liability will be limited to only the cost of the product purchased in case of any claim on product quality/defective
product.
