Shipping Policy

INDIVIDUAL DESIGN offers free shipping in India for all orders above INR 999/-, else we charge INR 75/- for each order.

We shall dispatch orders on the same day when the order is placed and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 2-4 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies. INDIVIDUAL DESIGN is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors beyond the control of INDIVIDUAL DESIGN. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Shiprocket , Xpressbees , Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-comm express, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. All orders are shipped on surface transport basis.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of INDIVIDUAL DESIGN, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund
