Returns and exchange
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, return it to INDIVIDUAL DESIGN in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 7 days of purchase for a full refund for the price of the item. We offer free returns, so no shipping charges will be deducted.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order along with the order details. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days, and a replacement will be shipped to you at the earliest.
