Shipping Information
- INDIVIDUAL DESIGN offers free shipping in India for all orders above INR 999/-, else we charge INR 75/- for each order.
- We usually dispatch orders the same day of order placement (based on availability) and all shipping times for Domestic shipments are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 2-4 business days depending on the location to be shipped.
Returns and exchange
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, return it to INDIVIDUAL DESIGN in the condition you received it in, in the original packaging, within 15 days of purchase for a full refund for the price of the item. Shipping charges of INR 75 will be deducted for all returns unless the item arrived your doorstep in a damaged condition. In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
